Returns and Exchanges
The customer’s satisfaction is our #1 priority and KiWAMi USA will do anything possible to achieve that goal. All returns and exchanges must me done within 15 days of your purchase. Shipping charges will be refunded on all items shipped in error by KiWAMi USA.
KiWAMi USA will offer free shipping on any exchange or in case of a defective item. In the case of an item ordered in error by the customer, KiWAMi USA will not refund the shipping charges.
KiWAMi USA can only issue credit if the product is in its original condition, with its labels and in its original packaging.
In case the customer needs and immediate replacement for a return, KiWAMi USA suggests ordering the product needed and then returning the incorrect product for a refund.
Send all returns to : KiWAMi USA Suite 15, 222 E Wisconsin Ave, Lake Forest, Il 60045 via UPS or Certified US Mail.
The customer assumes all liability and risk from the use of the KiWAMi products. No warranty is made in respect of the safety of the products.
In order to be able to meet the customers needs and provide optimal service, KiWAMi USA needs to records some personal information such as name, address, email and telephone number. Using the security system ATOS-SIPS, KiWAMi USA assures the confidentiality of these data.
It is KiWAMi USA’s commitment to never use or share the personally identifiable information provided online in other ways than filling the customer’s order.

It is strictly forbidden by the law to cover, alter or modify the KiWAMi logo or any other brand identification present on any KiWAMi products or their packaging. When buying a Kiwami product, the customer engages to formally respect the law. The brand KiWAMi and the KiWAMi logo are registered internationally.
