a. Choose a product: Using the online catalogue is quick and easy. By clicking on the Product page you can view the various models available to purchase in the KiWAMi collection. Click on an image to bring up the information page on that particular model. When you see a model that you would like to purchase, select your size, the color and quantity, and then click on « Add to my shopping cart ».
b. Continuing to Purchase: Follow the same steps for each model you would like to purchase.
c. Checking Out: a. to pay for your order click on « my Shopping Cart » and fill in the required information : name ; delivery and invoicing addresses ; email address ; telephone number ; credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram (the last 3 digits on the signature panel at the back of your card). The information you provide remains private and secure. KiWAMi does not have access to your credit card details.
Follow the prompts on your screen.
d. Confirmation of your Order: Whenever you make an online purchase you will receive an email confirming the order. This email contains your order number and the details of your order. The email does not contain any confidential information. Please keep the email as reference for any correspondence related to the order.
Secure Internet Transaction information:
Whenever you pay by credit card on our website, KiWAMi guarantees you a secure and confidential transaction. Your credit card number is processed by the association ATOS SIPS, which has been carefully selected by KiWAMi for their ability to ensure total security of your credit card information. All credit card transactions are scripted (128bits) and protected. This ensures that your credit card details do not circulate on the internet. Your account is debited to the total amount of your purchases and delivery costs the same day as you make the order.
